This extensive renovation and remodel of a 7,000 square foot tire warehouse includes two large live/work lofts, offices for the owner’s film production company and an indoor lap pool separated from the main living space by an 18 foot high glass wall. Our goal in the design was to highlight the soaring spatial quality of the existing structure while providing a serene, light-filled space that blends the best of both the office and home environments.
